Here are some events happening this month. This months image is a detail from a colored pencil drawing I did based on a haunting visit to an abandoned mannequin refurbishing warehouse.

DARK OZARKS PODCAST INTERVIEW

THE BEND TALK AND BOOK SIGNING

Join us at The Bend on July 14 on the beautiful NWA Greenway Trail. I’ll be giving a talk, selling and signing books. The Bend is an on the trail, off the beaten path, oasis. A place to grab a pint, sit a bit and share stories about your ride, your day, or your life.

ACANSA GALLERY GROUP EXHIBITION

Be sure to check out the  ACANSA Gallery Comics Exhibition in North Little Rock with an opening reception on July 19th and runs through August 10. This exhibition will feature narrative artist throughout the region including some original pages from my book, “What Follows Is True: Crescent Hotel”. information for this event will be available soon and I’ll keep you posted.

ACANSA exists as a visual and performing arts festival dedicated to building a more dynamic and engaging community through the arts and enriching the cultural vitality of the region.
